Who we are?

FNG-CH is the Swiss arm of Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen (FNG). FNG in its turn is the regional Sustainable Investment Forum (SIF) for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It thus profits from the services provided by Eurosif, the umbrella organisation acting at the European level to coordinate the activities of the national forums.

FNG-CH aims to promote the widespread distribution and improve the quality of sustainable investments in Switzerland in both the institutional client and private client markets. At the same time, we aim to reinforce investors’ perception of Switzerland as an important market for sustainable investments. Our promotion of sustainable investment is also intended to anchor sustainability principles more securely in place within Switzerland’s financial sector.

              We pursue a variety of approaches to achieve these aims:

              Informing target groups and the public about sustainable investment

              Networking between the relevant players.

              Promoting the transparency and quality of sustainable investments.

Specific Activities

              Holding specific information events on sustainable investments

              Conducting regular surveys of market data for Switzerland

              Liaising with the media on sustainable investment

              Promoting quality and transparency standards

              Facilitating the exchange of information between members and experts in the field

              Lobbying major financial market players and associations on sustainable investment

              Maintaining a presence in various financial forums

              Cooperating with universities and higher educational institutions on research
              in the field of sustainable investment

              Promoting training on sustainable investment as part of finance-related courses

              Conducting a dialogue with and raising awareness among politicians

              Informing members about current activities, on the website or via email

              Recruiting new FNG members

FNG Switzerland comprises all FNG members domiciled in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. All members are welcome to help organise the various activities and to put forward ideas for activities. Any financial service provider operating in Switzerland automatically becomes a member of FNG Switzerland on joining FNG. If you are interested in joining, please get in touch with one of the contact persons listed.

s FNG-CH wird gebildet durch alle in der Schweiz oder in Liechtenstein domizilierten Mitglieder des FNG. Alle Mitglieder sind willkommen, die verschiedenen Aktivitäten mitzuprägen und Ideen für Aktivitäten einzubringen. Ein Finanzdienstleister, der auf dem Platz Schweiz aktiv ist, ist automatisch auch Mitglied des FNG-CH, wenn er dem FNG beitritt. Interessenten melden sich bitte bei den genannten Kontaktpersonen.
