Sustainability approach

Principal Adverse Impacts
Greenhouse Gas Emissions Energy Efficiency and Fossil Fuels Social and Employee Matters

PAIs are considered during the investment process through exclusions of companies that are involved in certain activities. The investment manager performs pre-investment screens to ensure that companies considered for investment are not involved in the production or distribution of specific activities. This same screening process is applied to portfolio holdings on a quarterly basis.
